We don't measure our work by various quality and time indices (no AHTs for example). The most important thing is that you pay enough attention to the customer and in the end, they are happy you have found the right way to overcome their challenge.


Accounting department processes payment requests from German travel agencies and direct customers. We help German customers if they have any challenges with paying for the planned vacation. At the moment the larger proportion of inquiries comes via customer calls. 


The reservation department mostly processes reservation requests from German travel agencies. We also help German direct customers if they have any challenges with the planned holiday.

At the moment, 80% of inquiries can be answered by e-mail. 20% of inquiries come via customer calls. In the near future, we expect an increase in the proportion of customer calls.
